Summary

Daily Manager uses account authentication, card collection data, streak data, and personal journal entries so the app can remember your daily card ritual. Notes are intended to stay with your signed-in account.

The app does not sell personal data. Optional analytics, such as Microsoft Clarity, are only loaded after you accept analytics cookies.

Information We Process

• Account information from Clerk, such as your user ID, session ID, and email address when available.
• Daily Manager app data, including claimed cards, streak progress, display-case settings, and personal card journal entries.
• Technical information needed to serve and secure the app, such as request metadata, authentication tokens, and error diagnostics.
• Browser storage used for cookie consent, local preview/review modes, and non-sensitive interface state.

How We Use It

• To sign you in and keep your session secure.
• To save your card collection, daily draw state, streak, and personal notes.
• To protect the API from unauthorised access and diagnose production problems.
• To remember your cookie choice and only load optional analytics when you allow them.

Optional third-party cookies or similar technologies may be used by Microsoft Clarity after you accept analytics cookies. If you choose necessary cookies only, Clarity is not loaded.

Service Providers

• Clerk provides authentication and session management.
• Microsoft Azure hosts the Static Web App, API, and data storage.
• Microsoft Clarity provides optional traffic and usability analytics when analytics cookies are accepted.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used by the interface.

Daily Manager keeps account and app data while your account is active or while needed to operate, secure, debug, or comply with legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the app, including protected API routes and Clerk token validation.
